NY Rock Newsletter Numba 4 by Otto Luck
September 2000
Okay, I know some of you are going to our website
these days and thinking, "What the Hell is this?
Has NY Rock become completely depraved?" The truth
is our mental health has never been better. We're
skipping through the streets saying hello to
complete strangers. We have a collective glow of
happiness like we just swallowed a goddamn pound of
Uranium. I, myself, haven't taken a Zoloft in weeks.
As for the cover, that's not just any devil
worshipper, that's Marilyn Manson. And he made us
do it. He walked into our office and said, "Put me
on your damn cover or you'll be eating locusts for
weeks." Our heads stopped glowing for, like, a
whole day. Anyway, if you're interested in more
than Marilyn's rather pasty white face, other
content this month includes...
